Mini Yoga with Organic Zoo
Looking for ways to keeping little ones active during quarantine?
Organic Zoo has just announced an exciting “at home” activity for toddlers with acclaimed yoga instructor Holly Cooper of Brighton based yoga Studio iO.
Starting next Monday 10 am the fun yoga classes designed to suit mamas and toddlers aged 2-4 years old promises to combine stretches with cuteness and fun.
Each episode will be under 10 min long and will be broadcast live on Organic Zoo’s and YogiCoop’s Instagram feeds as well as on their IGTV.
Comfort at home being key, Holly Copper and her little daughter will be demonstrating the moves wearing outfits by Organic Zoo.
A quick outline of the episodes:
Episode 1
Monday 27th April 10am: In the garden: incorporating stretches relating to sunshine and garden flowers.
Episode 2
Monday 4th May 10am : In the park: stretches inspired by the swings, ladders and the playground.
Episode 3
Monday 11th May 10am : In the farm: workout referencing many familiar animals that children would love.
